Best shop

Postby taurus » Tue Mar 05, 2019 8:11 pm

I'm seriously considering buying a '13 Golf R with a blown #4 cylinder. The extent of the damage isn't know yet, but I assume it's going to need machine work. I know the car's history and it's been taken care of minus some extra boost.

I may pull the lump myself and bring it in or just flatbed it in. In either case, what are your guys' favorite joints around town?

PS; East side/Rancho is preferred.

Because me [fraking] something up is not an impossibility and I'd not handle it very well if I did. a warranty means a lot to me.

I bought the car, BTW. :scared:

If you do any of the R&R work yourself, some shops will try to weasel out if standing behind their work if there is an issue. Good luck on your new adventure.
