Luckily I knew this was coming and have been preparing myself.

Sounds like you're in the right direction. Posting some pictures would be nice.

I have nothing to do to the 24th so I'll be getting some good shots. Might even get my friend that got a 05 wagon tdi in a few of the shots as well.

So far I have gotten a tune from malonetuning.com, 2 1/2" cat back exhaust, pioneer GPS radio, short ram intake with a forge forge intake pipe.

Still to do is coil harness, amp wiring and the new downpipe. I still need to trim the maf end of the tip and put the stiffer sprig in the diverter valve.

I did order a boost gauge with column mount as well as poly bushings for the dogbone.Image

Why short ram ? They are pointless ..Why put hotter air into the engine ?

Because it came with the car and the stock air box I picked up was to quiet.

So the short ram air is hot and the compressed turbo air is not? So by your logic, put a true CAI and delete the intercooler. The short ram does help, while not ideal, it still flows more air than stock and CARB limits the intakes we can run.

Alright. It's been a while since I updated this. As of now the car has the following
Turbo intake pipe
Cold air intake... still haven't finished it
2.5" Catless down pipe
2.5" catback. Removed the muffler a week or two ago
Pioneer GPS head unit with back up camera
Column mounted boost gauge
Blacked out badges
Poly dogbone bushings
And finally put the light bar on. It's in the center grill of the bumper.

And a couple weeks ago I finally got some hankook tires and installed them in my auto class. 40 series tires are a pita. And now I have a bent rim. Argh. And to add to it i have to replace my clutch soon. Slave leaks(6spd so it's in the bell housing) and it got on the clutch.
